Payments

Payment is required through the In Stock Dance Costumes Australia Website. Freight charges will be payable in conjunction with the costumes total. GST has been included in the price of each product. 


In Stock Dance Costumes Australia accept the following forms of payment: 

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • Pay Pal

Delivery Time & Postage 

Postage is calculated at the checkout using the weight of the products. 


All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of full payment either via:

  • Australia Post.  A tracking number will be sent to you. Express Delivery should take 3-5 business days and Standard Delivery should take 5-6 business days.
  • Courier. A tracking number will be sent to you. Delivery should take 1 to 3 business days depending on where you live.  Remote areas may take longer.


We also offer In Person Pick Up if you would like to collect your order in person. 


Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return policy is 10 days from receipt of goods, after 10 days unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange/refund.


Please send us an email regarding the exchange/refund. To be eligible for a exchange/refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. 


Please ensure you have correctly placed your order with the correct size and colour. All exchanges are treated as new orders and shipping times will apply. Costs associated with returning items will be at the expense of the customer. Please see our sizing charts for guidance in ordering the correct size.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and accept no responsibility for lost return shipments.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. 

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our store is hosted on Go Daddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Your data is stored through Go Daddy data storage, databases and the general Go Daddy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
